About my Work

My work brings together leadership experience, an intentional approach to career development, and professional training in coaching and mindfulness, all grounded in a warm, thoughtful, and deeply human approach.

Leadership and Purpose

I've spent more than 30 years in leadership, strategy, and organizational change, working in complex, mission-driven environments.

As an executive, I’ve led teams through periods of significant change, supported individuals through growth and challenge, and worked alongside people committed to making a difference in areas such as environmental sustainability, human rights, and the evolving impact of technology and AI on work and society.

These experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the complexity of modern work and the human side of leadership. They also reinforced my belief that the most meaningful careers are built not only through opportunity and achievement, but through thoughtful choices, continual learning, and a willingness to grow.

Coaching and Mindfulness

This perspective led me to deepen my leadership with coaching and mindfulness.

I am an accredited career and life coach with the Association for Coaching and hold additional certification in Self-Actualization Coaching, a strengths-based approach that supports people in realizing their potential and living with greater authenticity and purpose.

I am also a certified Mindfulness Teacher with a particular interest in mindful leadership and the role that awareness plays in helping people navigate complexity, relationships, and change. I integrate mindful movement and Qigong where appropriate, offering embodied practices that complement meditation and support presence, balance, and resilience.

Bringing coaching and mindfulness together allows me to support people not only in deciding what they want to do, but also in developing the awareness and steadiness to do it well.

Presence in Action

I’m a leader who helps people feel truly seen, supported, and safe.

People often describe me as calm, grounded, and easy to talk to. I bring that presence into every conversation, listening with genuine attention and helping people think clearly, navigate complexity, and move forward with purpose.

I care deeply about people’s growth and well-being. My approach combines empathy with thoughtful challenge, creating a space where people feel both supported and encouraged to explore new possibilities. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel seen, understood, and trusted.

Beyond my professional work, I find inspiration in nature, beauty, and creativity. Writing poetry and reflective essays is an important part of my own contemplative practice and continues to shape how I see the world and the work I do.
